Meet and Greet!

Getting to know our clients is essential. That’s why our first step is to always get to know one another. Whether this is a phone call, video/zoom chat, or a sit-down in a local coffee shop. We value client relationships.

Wants, Needs, Budget

Now that we’ve gotten to know each other, we gather details to set you up on a search to locate a home. Together we outline your designated criteria such as location, home structure type, finishes, & budget. Establishing a good foundation for this search is key.

The fun begins! With the customised criteria of your wants & needs, we set you up in our MLS (Multiple listing Service) database! Here you will receive notifications straight to your email when new homes that fit your specific desires hit the market.

Showings

Once we’ve found some properties that appeal to you, let’s go see them! In today’s market, showings are important. We assist you in reviewing the home from top to bottom. We provide our professional opinion on condition, location and market value based on our knowledge and research of what comparable neighbouring properties have sold for.

Offers

Offers can be an exciting, yet stressful time. Having an agent that you can trust eases stress. We guide you regarding recommended offer price, specific clauses to include, deposit, closing date, etc.  We ensure detailed communication between all involved parties and negotiate on your behalf with your best interests are our top priority.

Closing

Hooray! You have bought yourself a home! You may be wondering what the next steps are. We do a final walk through with you prior to closing to help prepare for your move-in.  As your representatives throughout the transaction, we follow up with the seller’s agent and respective lawyers and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth closing. We also maintain communication with you to ensure all your ducks are in a row. (are you all packed? financing in place? etc.)
